When drying delicate items, it is common to have the wet laundry on the balcony or in the living room on drying racks because you don’t want your delicates to be damaged, however, the Gentle Dry mode of the new Panasonic Heat Pump Tumble Dryer is an intelligent alternative to air drying for delicate clothes. While conventional dryers cannot adjust the drying temperature, the Inverter technology featured on the NH-P80G1 makes it possible to dry at low temperatures (approximately 45°C) so that even delicates such as Wool, Silk/Lingerie and Outdoor/Sports can be dried with impeccable results.

The dryer features a 3D Air Circulation which enable the clothes to move freely from front to back and side to side for a uniform and efficient drying performance. Air vents are situated both at the rear of the drum and behind the door, creating high air volumes to dry clothes quickly and efficiently. To guarantee a gentle treatment and uniform drying results, the large Sazanami soft drum further protects the clothes and reduces creasing during the drying cycle. With the NH-P80G1 you can dry the whole wash load!

Saving you time and energy
Panasonic’s new dryer lets you have a choice of settings to ensure the wet clothes get the right treatment that they need while drying that doesn’t interfere with your lifestyle. The Speed Mode is for drying loads quickly, for those times when no other dress or top will do! By selecting this setting, the temperature is automatically increased to approximately 69°C in order to speed up the drying cycle and save you time. With a drying time of 122 minutes, the new Panasonic NH-P80G1 is among the fastest heat pump dryers in the industry.

Saving energy doesn’t have to mean that your lifestyle has to be compromised; the clean fluffy towels every home loves need not cost the earth any longer. Conventional dryers use a lot of energy because they have to reheat the air and cannot change the compressor rotation speed. This is a thing of the past now, as with the Panasonic NH-P80G1, the drying air is heated thanks to the heat pump and the existing heat is efficiently re-used in the drying cycle. The Inverter technology significantly reduces the waste of energy consumption by adapting the compressor rotation speed to the correct drying conditions. This avoids unnecessary waste of energy and allows naturally lower drying temperatures to be achieved.

The tumble dryer features a twin drying sensor, which monitors the load, the type of fabrics and the residual moisture. It detects when the load has reached the expected drying level the user sets, and then adjusts the temperature and the drying time. This prevents clothes from overheating and in turn avoids wasting energy. To ensure a guilt-free drying experience, the standard setting of the dryer is set to Eco mode.
