Motion Noise Reduction

Motion Noise Reduction reduces the false contour noise that sometimes occurs in motion images on a plasma display panel in order to reproduce smooth, noise-less motion images. The circuit finely divides each scene into numerous parts, detects motion patterns which tend to generate noise and then takes the necessary adjustments to maximise image quality. This results in sharp, clear reproduction of even high-speed motion images by maximising the superb gradation capability of the plasma panel, thus offering improved motion image quality.
