Print from Memory Cards

Its as simple as 1-2-3

The Panasonic Colour MFPs offer the facility to print directly from SD memory cards. This unique facility allows you to create photo print outs using standard photo sizes or to enlarge images to sizes as big as A3. The process for making a print is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply insert the SD card, view the thumbnail images on the full colour VGA control panel and select the images you want, finally select the paper size and choose either to print a contact sheet or enlarge individual images. The Panasonic machines have a host of advanced electronic systems that manage virtually all of the variables that often cause a degradation in quality to ensure perfect prints time after time.

Insert the SD card in the slot.

Select the images that you want to print.

Choose the paper size that you want and press print. You can simply select the paper size that you want to print on. Either A3, A4 or any other paper size you have installed. You can also choose which paper tray you wish to print from, you could select 220gsm card via the by-pass or photo paper. The machine will automatically adjust for contrast and produce the best image quality.

What if my camera doesn’t use SD Cards?
The good news is that the Panasonic Colour Machines also have a PCMCIA card slot. You can purchase an adaptor for around £15 which will allow virtually all card types to be read. This includes Compact Flash, Memory Stick, XDA, Smart Media and others.

Can I print other documents stored on the card?
As well as printing JPEG images from SD and PC cards you can also print PDF files as long as you have the optional postscript card fitted. You can even print Word and Powerpoint presentations directly from the SD card. All that’s needed is for the machine to be connected to the network and a copy of Microsoft Office to be installed on the server.
