Technical & Development Support

For those ISVs who are interested, Panasonic will provide you with our certification kit to help ensure the scanner testing goes smoothly and that all the outstanding features of our products are covered in the testing process.

Our dedicated technical staff will assist you with issues you may encounter during testing or development. In addition, support will be provided for driver development requirements, as needed.

Trade Show & Partner Conference Support

As a member of our ISV program, you will be entitled to receive loaner equipment for trade shows, as well as sales support, when required. Panasonic will provide you with product support materials for your booth and in return, we will post your signage in our booth. Panasonic will also participate in and sponsor selected partner conferences.

Literature Fulfilment / Point of Sale

ISVs may obtain support material free of charge. Exclusive technical partner POS will also be available for trade shows and events.

Communication & Sales Support

Participating ISVs will receive e-mail communication directly from Panasonic, enabling valuable information to be shared with the ISV at a moment’s notice. You will also receive dedicated support from our sales and technical teams for training and cross-selling purposes. In addition, Panasonic’s ISV manager will support all joint marketing and business development opportunities.

Demo Unit Program

Participating in our Certified Independent Software Program entitles the ISV to purchase one of each model at 16% less than trade, with a 6 month payment terms. This is a great way to demonstrate the features of the Panasonic scanners and the benefits of software applications. In summary, Panasonic is committed to you!
