1. To qualify for your copy of Star Wars Trilogy IV, V and VI Blu-ray Discs, you must purchase one of the selected Panasonic Blu-ray players, recorders or Blu-ray Home Theatre Systems, from an authorised Panasonic UK dealer, between 12th August 2011 and 31st December 2011.
2. Only purchases of the following product codes** qualify for the offer. Panasonic Blu-ray Players: DMP-BDT110EB, DMP-BDT210EB, DMP-BDT310EB, DMR-PWT500EB*, Blu-ray Recorders: DMR-BWT700EB, DMR-BWT800EB or Blu-ray Home Theatre Systems: SC-BTT262EBK, SC-BTT362EBK, SC-BTT270EBK, SC-BTT370EBK, SC-BTT775EBK, SC-BFT800EBK. *Available from October 2011
3. To redeem your copy of Star Wars Trilogy IV, V and VI Blu-ray discs, complete your details where required and include a COPY of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt) with your claim form, by 31st January 2012. (Unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original). However if you have applied for IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not have a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your deposit receipt and credit agreement to the following address: Star Wars 2011 Promotion, Panasonic UK, PO Box 716, High Wycombe, HP11 1XT.
4. To facilitate this promotion, claimants located outside of the UK and Ireland (but within the EU) please enclose a cheque, made payable to Panasonic UK, to the value of €10.00 for cost of postage with your completed application documentation.
5. Star Wars Trilogy IV, V and VI will be released on the 12th September 2011 and is only available while stocks last and no responsibility can be taken should this film not be available at the time of your claim. In the instance where Star Wars is not available, an alternative Blu-ray title may be supplied. There is no cash alternative to this offer.
6. Any claims received prior to the film’s release will be despatched during the first week of launch 12th - 18th September 2011.
7. After the 12th of September 2011 discs will be despatched within 28 days from receipt of your claim.
8. If you have not received your discs 45 days after posting your claim form, please contact the administration team on Tel 0844 844 3899 or email bluray@eu.panasonic.com (with ‘Star Wars 2011 Promotion’ as the subject).
9. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. Panasonic UK reserves the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at anytime. Only one claim per Blu-ray player, recorder or Home Theatre System can be made.
11. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation.
12. The closing date for all claims is 31 January'12.
13. By submitting this claim, applicants are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
