Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. To qualify for cashback, you must purchase one of the following new (not second-hand) products: HDC-HS900EBK, HDC-TM900EBK, HDC-SD900EBK, HDC-SD800EBK, HDC-SD90EB-K/H/W, HDC-HS80EB-K/H, HDC-TM80EB-K/H, HDC-SD80EB-K/H/R/T/S, from a participating retailer during the promotional period.
2. Promotion Period: Purchases between 1st October 2011 and 14th January 2012 qualify.
3. £50 cashback will be given for purchases made in the UK, and €60 for purchases made in ROI.
4. To apply for your cashback, please clearly complete your details on the claim form and include a COPY of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt) and a COPY of the barcode from the carton along with your claim, by 14th February 2012 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original). You must send a copy of your full purchase receipt and not a deposit receipt. However if you have applied for IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not have a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your deposit receipt and credit agreement.
5. Entries, with required documentation must be sent to: Panasonic Camcorder Cashback Promotion, HWA Ltd, 3 Ilex House, 94 Holly Road, Twickenham, TW1 4HF.
6. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed orlost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted. Only claims made using this original claim form will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Upon receipt we will process your cashback claim and send the cheque made out to the name provided on this claim form.
