We are delighted to share with you that Panasonic has won two awards at this year’s Digital Photo and Practical Photography Gear of the Year Awards 2011. At the ceremony held in London, the tough LUMIX DMC-FT3 scooped the prize for 'Compact Camera of the Year' whilst the award for 'Compact System Camera of the Year’ was presented for the LUMIX DMC-G3.

"The camera is smaller and so portable. All my lenses fit into a compact shoulder bag which is easy to get at. Gone are the days when I had to lug everything about in a cumbersome rucksack and get weighed down by DSLR and lens (the brick).
