Panasonic takes its recycling responsibility very seriously. We go well beyond simple legal compliance, and have been engaged in voluntary recycling activities across a variety of products in various countries for over 10 years.

Besides specializing in our own research into the recyclability of our products, we pass on relevant information to recycling companies. In doing so, we highlight substances and materials significant to recycling, thereby enabling recycling companies to improve recycling ratios.

We have entered an era where materials from end-of-life consumer electronics should be reused for new products as often as possible. Panasonic takes its recycling responsibility very seriously. We intensively strive to find solutions how to best extract useful materials and components from used consumer electronics and how to design easy-to-recycle products.
