8. Promotion Period: Purchases made between 20th May 2010 and 31st August 2010 qualify.

9. To claim the applicable promotion for your purchase, please clearly complete your details above and include a COPY of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt) with your claim form, by 30th Sept 2010 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original). If you are claiming for a promotion that required 2 products, both products must be on the same receipt. You must send a copy of your full purchase receipt and not a deposit receipt. However if you have applied for IFC or any other credit agreement with your purchasing retailer, and do not have a full till receipt, then please send a copy of both your deposit receipt and credit agreement.

10. Entries, with required documentation must be sent to: Panasonic Lumix G Promotion, Panasonic House, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 8FP.

11. Panasonic does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed or lost claims, incomplete or illegible claim forms or claims damaged in the post. Claims by fax, telephone or e-mail will not be accepted. Only claims made using the original claim form will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

12. Upon receipt we will activate your Warranty (if applicable) and send you a Certifi cate, which will confi rm your Warranty cover period and contact details. Please allow 40 days, from the date you posted your claim, to receive your certifi cate. We will then process your cashback (if applicable) and send a cheque made out to the name provided on this claim form. If you have not received your certifi cate or cashback cheque (depending on your claim) 45 days after posting your claim form please contact the Panasonic Helpline on Tel: 01344 706723 (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00) or e-mail: lumixcameras@eu.panasonic.com

13. This is a Panasonic promotion, run in conjunction with participating dealers only. Panasonic UK reserve the right to extend to withdraw this promotion at any time. Only one claim per product can be made. No other Panasonic promotion for these products can be claimed at the same time as this offer. This Claim Form cannot be used for purchases made on-line or in Currys, Currys.digital, PC World or Comet stores.

14. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic solely for the purpose of this promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation.

15. Promotion applicable only to UK and ROI postal addresses. If your claim includes cash back UK postal addresses will receive payment in pound sterling (£). ROI postal addresses will receive payment in Euros (€).
