DMC-FX77

The DMC-FX77 packages a f/2.5 LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMARIT lens with 24mm ultra wide-angle and 5x optical zoom(35mm camera equivalent: 24-120mm). The f/2.5 lens lets the camera shoot at higher shutter speed and capture clear, blur-free images in lower lighting situation. The 24mm wide-angle lens captures approx. 213% larger viewing space compared to a normal 35mm lens. The DMC-FX77 also features the 12.1-megapixel Hi-speed CCD and the Venus Engine FHD featuring Intelligent Resolution technology and 6.5x Intelligent Zoom are also incorporated.

The DMC-FX77 can record full HD 1920x1080 movies in AVCHD format with Dolby® Digital Creator. A dedicated button lets you instantly start recording movies without any having to make any extra settings. The iA Mode is available in movie recording. The MEGA O.I.S. with Active Mode comes in handy when shooting while walking or playing with children. Both photos and movies in AVCHD format recorded on SD Memory Card are easy to view on a Panasonic VIERA TV.

With the 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD, Auto Focus is immediately set to the subject by just touching it on the LCD and you can even release the shutter. While playing back, you can create your own albums on the camera. The Beauty Retouch Mode makes it possible to virtually makeup the faces. Various effects can be applied to the face including clearing the skin texture, whitening teeth and so on. You can also choose the color of foundation, lips, cheeks or eye-shadow. The Art Retouch Mode makes it easy to retouch color effects to match your intent.

The 3D Photo Mode produces a 3D image in the camera. The 3D image can be viewed in 3D via the 3D Image Viewer of Panasonic VIERA TV offering you a whole new exciting experience. The LUMIX Image Uploader gives you a new form of communication by letting you share your photos(Facebook) and movies(YouTube). The DMC-FX77 provides an array of features that let you create beautifully expressive images. The My Color Mode renders highly unique expressions by matching the colors to your subject and surroundings.

The Motion Deblur Mode and MEGA O.I.S. prevent blurring from both subject motion and hand-shake. Activating Motion Deblur Mode, MEGA O.I.S., Intelligent ISO Control, Face Detection AF/AE with Face Recognition, Intelligent Scene Selector, Intelligent Exposure and AF Tracking, the camera does all the work in the iA Mode. So you get stunning images every time. And the Happy Mode optimizes color saturation and brightness for vividly memorable scenes.
