Panasonic scoops 5 Best Buy Awards from Which? in DVD Recorder Test

Panasonic was the only manufacturer to receive Best Buy Awards from Which? in its recent DVD Recorder Test featured in the November issue.
Scooping five Best Buys in total for its line-up of Blu-ray and DVD recorders, Panasonic scored highly across all products for picture and sound quality.
All models also performed well in terms of power usage and ease of use, with the DMR-EX79EBK and DMR-EX769EBK DVD recorders especially praised for their low power consumption: “power use is impressively low, provided you use the eco standby mode”.
Models featured in the test included two Blu-ray recorders, the DMR-BS750EBK and DMR-BS-850EBK, the DMR-XS350EBK high definition DVD recorder and two standard definition DVD Recorders, the DMR-EX79EBK and DMR-EX769EBK.
