Using DLNA feature. This recorder can connect with other equipment, (Computers, Netbook, Tablets) using the DLNA feature. The software I use for achieving this is Mezzo, MediaHouse and BSPlayer. All of which work fine together. There is though a connection problems if you are using a BTHome Hub3 for Internet access. The main issue is its poor ability to act as a switch. I would recomment that anyone wanting to use the DLNA feature buys a small unmanaged desktop switch to connect their other equipment to. It what I've done and it works. Using this configaration allows standard recorded video to be watched or saved remotely. 19 February 2013
Tear Up These Instructions and Write them Again!! This product is fine. It's very simple to set up and use. You wouldn't think this from the instruction booklet - in the end I ignored this and explored the menus myself. The structure of the booklet is terrible - at almost every paragraph the customer is re-directed to other pages which are not even near at hand. Flicking around various pages was horribly disruptive to the supposed flow of information and extremely confusing. What a shame, given the actual simplicity of operating this product. 26 December 2012
Always a good product Just brought this dvd recorder and I am (as always) impressed with the quality of Panasonic equipment. The setup took 5 minutes only and the fact I can see all programmes on the guide screen means recording is going to be a doddle. 14 December 2012
