IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING

Panasonic Combination Ovens - NN-CT878SBPQ, NN-CT867MBPQ, NN-CT857WBPQ
These models feature Auto Sensor cooking programs. We have become aware of a performance issue related to this program for cooking Whole Chicken. Please note that there are no issues when using any other Auto sensor program on these ovens.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT CHICKEN IS THOROUGHLY COOKED BEFORE SERVING. CONSUMPTION OF UNDER COOKED CHICKEN MAY PRESENT A HEALTH RISK.
If you are experiencing inconsistent results however using the auto sensor whole chicken program and believe that the chicken requires additional cooking time then we advise you to follow the procedure detailed below;

a) Set to Combination mode
b) Set Convection to 190ºC
c) Set Microwave to Simmer
d) Set Time to 10 minutes
