Chaos Defrost raises the temperature of the frozen food quickly and evenly and allows the heat to transfer to the centre of the food in a more constant way. Chaos Defrost is available on all Panasonic Inverter Microwaves.

‘Combi MWO 5 Year Warranty’ Offer Terms & Conditions

1. T his promotion is offered via participating retailers only. Only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature and have, in-store, the ‘Combi MWO 5 Year Warranty’ Claim Forms.

2. Offer available upon purchase of the following qualifying models:
● Flatbed Combination Ovens (27 Litre) : NN-CF778S, NN-CF771S or NN-CF760M.
● Sensor Combination Ovens (32 Litre) : NN-CT890S, NN-CT880M or NN-CT870W.

3. Promotion Period: Purchases between 1st February to 30th April 2012.

4. T o redeem your 5 Year Warranty, please complete your details clearly on the claim form** and include a copy of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt), with your claim, by 31st May 2012, (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original). Regrettably claims received outside of the closing deadline will not be accepted.

5. Entries, with required documentation (i.e. Full Purchase Receipt) must be sent to: Combi MWO 5 Year Warranty Offer, Panasonic UK, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom RG12 8FP.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the post. In addition, incomplete applications will not be accepted.

6. Upon receipt we will activate your Warranty and send you a Certificate, which will confirm your Warranty cover period and contact details. Please allow 40 days, from the date you posted your claim, to receive your Certificate. All claims will be processed within 40 days of receipt; however if you have not received confirmation within 45 days of posting, please contact the Extended Warranty Helpline on 01344 706723 or e-mail: customer.care@panasonic.co.uk (with the subject title ‘Extended Warranty’).
