Intelligent Auto (iA) mode movie* makes recording home videos easy and fun with a Panasonic Lumix camera.

You can take full advantage of the great features provided by Intelligent Auto mode while shooting Full HD movies on your Panasonic Lumix camera.

Life presents us with the moments when a still image just won’t suffice, like your child’s first steps, a wedding or the sound of a band. The clever iA mode movie features ensure those moments will be captured with the same vivid, true-to-life colour as your still image. Just simply select iA mode movie, point and shoot!

Four Intelligent Movie Features
Mega OIS – Gyrosensors detect hand-shake an Optical Image Stabiliser lens shifts to compensate, helping prevent hand-shake blur. This system is completely optical – it does not affect the CCD or image processing – so you get sharp, clear movies without deterioration.

Intelligent Exposure – No more under- or over-exposed shots! Intelligent Exposure corrects the parts of the image that are too dark or too bright, so images come out as you see them.

Face Detection – The Face Detection function can find up to 15 faces in the frame adjusting the focus, and automatically senses the ambient lighting and adjusts the exposure accordingly. The results are clear, sharp images every time, even with several persons in the picture.

Intelligent Scene Selector – The Intelligent Scene Selector automatically selects whichever of four scene modes – Macro, Face, Scenery, and Low Light – best suits your shooting situation. No need to worry about which setting you have, just point and shoot for easy, perfect video any time.
