Utilizing lightweight components in a super slim design, Panasonic is able to produce sleek, stylish flat-screen TVs that hug the wall. The VIERA Z1 Plasma TV offers the ultimate in panel slimness with less than 2.5 cm (1 inch) thickness, providing an extremely slim and delicate impression. Even with diagonal screen sizes of over 1 m, the lightweight TVs seem to almost float in the air.
Brushed Aluminium elements
The new ultra slim design on VIERA Z1 takes the already impeccable style to a whole new level. It’s based on a simple idea: combining lightweight design with most valuable materials to make a sophisticated aesthetic statement. The aluminium top and bottom bezel is perfectly integrated with the screen.
Slim design with One-Sheet-of-Glass
The result of Panasonic endeavors towards a unique design concept is to use one-sheet-of-glass. This unique design by Panasonic, available on VIERA V10 NeoPDP models*, makes the screen completely flat – giving the impression that the television is literally ‘floating’ in the air or on your wall.
