1. This promotion is offered via participating retailers only. Only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature and have in-store the ‘Free Le Creuset Cookware & Cookery Book’ Claim Forms.

3. Promotion Period: Purchases between 1st October 2011 and 31st December 2011.
4. To redeem your cookware and cookbook, please clearly complete your details and include a copy of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt), with your claim, by 31st January 2012. (Unfortunately receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original).
Regrettably claims received outside of the closing deadline will not be accepted.
5. Entries, with required documentation (i.e. Full Purchase receipt) must be sent to the address indicated. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the post. In addition, incomplete claims will not be accepted.
6. Upon receipt we will send you your free gifts. Please allow up to 28 days, from the date you posted your claim, to receive your cookware and cookbook.
7. Free gifts available while stocks last and the dish supplied may be different to the one advertised. Panasonic UK reserve the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
8. Any personal information supplied by you, will be used by Panasonic UK solely for the purpose of this promotion.
