Notification to Customers : Software Upgrade for Panasonic CRT Televisions with Digital Tuner

Dear Customer,

Please be advised that there is a scheduled over air download (OAD) commencing at approximately 10.00am on Monday, 28th September and completing at approximately 9.00am on Thursday, 1st October.

The purpose of this OAD is to increase the storage of services of the applicable televisions from 95 to 200, eliminating difficulties with some loss of channels such as BBC1 and BBC2.

Affected models for this OAD are as follows;

TX-28DTX10
TX-32DTX10
TX-28DTX11
TX-32DTX11
TX-28DT4
TX-32DT4
TX-28DT40
TX-32DT40
TX-32DTX40

Please note that some customers may be affected on Wednesday, 30th September due to the National Re-tune running in parallel. It is important that you allow the set to run through the re-tune without interruption. If you should experience difficulties, please refer to the following link for assistance.
