‘my Home Screen’ on the latest Panasonic Smart VIERA TVs lets individual family members set up their own onscreen menu preferences. All Smart VIERA TVs also carry built-in Wireless LAN and with the VIERA Remote App 2 can be controlled by smartphones or tablet devices. Several premium models additionally provide voice interaction and a free touch pad controller.
Networking

Providing access to both networked PCs and an expanded VIERA Connect online experience, the latest top-end Smart VIERA TVs offer a Twin HD Tuner so you can, say, enjoy one programme while recording another or streaming your child’s shows to a tablet. Built-in Bluetooth® and Wireless LAN connect with all your network-powered devices without a cable in sight*.

Picture quality

Advances in picture processing and manufacturing techniques have enabled 2013 Panasonic neoPlasmas to deliver industry-first ‘3000Hz’ focus field driving plus enhanced colours and unprecedented black and contrast levels. As for IPS LED-TVs, the Panasonic Hexa processing engine introduces better colours and resolution, as well as the first 3600Hz backlight scanning for enhanced motion.
Design

Panasonic has ensured that form and function go hand in hand by refining its Glass and Metal design concept for 2013. The result is all our TVs having even slimmer bezels that appear to float on their pedestals, and plasmas with one-sheet glass finishes, invisible speakers and new thin metal stands.
Eco

Panasonic has managed to further reduce the power consumption of its TVs for 2013, resulting in a series of exceptionally energy efficient LED models. Among the 50” and larger TVs in the range are models that achieve industry-leading energy efficiency levels of A++*. Panasonic has also altered its menus so that a group of energy-saving functions can be set with a single operation.

Swipe & Share allows you to effortlessly transfer content such as photos, videos and web pages from your smartphone or tablet to the big screen with a simple swipe of your hand.
